We started Matto Napoletano with one crazy dream: to bring people together over pizza that’s made with love.
Born in Melbourne and inspired by the spirit of Naples, we wanted to create more than just a place to eat—we wanted to build a space where everyone feels at home.
We handcraft our dough daily, slow-ferment it with care, and fire every pizza in a traditional wood oven. It’s all about flavour, connection, and good energy.
Matto Napoletano means “The Crazy Neapolitan”— and that’s exactly what we are.
